Older Irish business reporting from 2014 referred to an ex-parte freezing order obtained in the High Court (Aust v English) over a frozen-yogurt venture. The matter was settled and struck out by Mr Justice Paul Gilligan in February 2015. The Irish Times' own subsequent reporting confirms the resolution: “Frozen yogurt firm settles shareholder dispute” (17 February 2015).
